Join us for CourtSide Theory Cardio Tennis, now featuring a dynamic 2-hour format!

In the first hour, get ready for a high-paced cardio workout with drills focused on:

Consistency
Footwork
Shot selection
Overall fitness
Expect a fun group environment with music, fast rotations, and an invigorating experience on the court!

The second hour shifts into an exhilarating round of Liveball and competitive games, allowing players to apply their skills in live-point situations. Experience fast feeds, quick reactions, team-based games, and nonstop action throughout the session!

This event is open to all levels, with modifications and groupings available as needed. Come to train, compete, and build community with us!
