These sessions are designed to help you unleash your creativity, enhance your movement, and improve your performance skills—all while enjoying the company of new friends. 🌈
Led by one of Protein's talented professional dancers, each class features a physical warm-up and incorporates elements of contemporary dance, exploring themes from our captivating repertoire.

Who can join?
All adults (18+) are welcome, regardless of age or experience!
