Join us for a welcoming movement workshop designed to reconnect with your body and explore feminine expression through dance while meeting like-minded women.

Through guided exercises and feminine movement inspired by dancehall and commercial dance styles, we will delve into confidence, self-expression, and body awareness in a supportive environment, culminating in a choreography. Everything is guided step by step, and no experience is needed! 🤍
