Your enthusiastic run leader, Mary Brooking, is an England Athletics licensed coach with years of experience ranging from park runs to marathons. She is passionate about sharing the mental and physical benefits of running and teaching structured techniques to prevent injury while improving your performance. As a Sports Massage therapist, she brings a unique skill set to the sessions! 🌈
