Decoding your Karma

Understanding karma is essential for attaining peace, fostering creativity, and facilitating deep self-recognition and spiritual growth. This workshop serves as a guide to spiritual pedagogy, paving the way to balance, harmony, and the middle path.

In this transformative experience, we will navigate through the stages of karma awareness using Steiner's karmic exercises. The stages we will cover include:

• Karmic Sleep
• Disruption and Repetition
• Resistance
• Surrender
• The New Life Integration

Each soul enters life with three karmic tasks:

1. Individual Karma
2. Vocational or Social Karma
3. World Evolution or Collective Karma
   This course will encompass all three aspects. Identifying unfinished karma is especially significant as one ages, offering a rejuvenating perspective.

Every workshop features a unique karma exercise and provides instructions for deep and artistic engagement with the exercise over the two weeks in between sessions. We will also gather and reflect on the outcomes of our fortnight's work.
