🌟 About the Workshop
Led by Dilraj Kaur, a leader of the Natural Voice Network and senior organizer at Citizens UK, this workshop welcomes everyone, regardless of prior experience. Join us as we reconnect with our natural voices through:

• Warm-up Exercises: Using the Indian classical scale Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha Ni Sa to ground ourselves in breath and presence.
• Accessible Mantras: Enjoy simple chants sung together, both with and without accompaniment from guitar, harmonium, or a cappella.
• Cultural Context: Dilraj will share the meanings and stories behind the chants, enriching our practice.
• Meditative Sound Bath: The day culminates in a serene sound bath led by Sundeep, Dilraj’s partner, featuring the evocative Dilruba, a rare Indian instrument celebrated for its heart-opening tones.
