🎶 Dear Here and Now Adventurers,

We are delighted to invite you to a serene evening where the peaceful practice of meditation meets the joy of singing! Just like meditation, singing is a powerful tool that can ground us, soothe our minds, and open our hearts. By singing together, we not only connect with our inner selves but also build harmony with those around us.

🌟 Led by the experienced vocal coach Philip Hein, we will gently unlock our voices with a warm-up and explore their richness in a fun and nurturing environment. Tim will then guide us in a brief relaxation and Heartfulness meditation to help us arrive fully in the moment.

🎤 Together, we will select 5 songs from a lovely lineup of 9, and in the final 20 minutes, we will sing them like a meditation, with Philip guiding us through each piece, allowing you to relax and truly absorb the experience.

No prior experience necessary! Lyrics will be provided, so everyone can join in the fun!

🕕 When to Arrive: Come by 18:20 for a prompt start at 18:30 (we kindly ask that you do not arrive before 18:15 as the space is in use).

Evening Schedule:

• Vocal Activation: Guided warm-up and vocal exploration with Philip Hein
• Gentle relaxation followed by a short Heartfulness meditation
• Singing: Enjoying 5 simple and uplifting songs under Philip's guidance
