Discover Your Voice

Dear Here and Now Adventurers,

We warmly invite you to a special evening that brings together the essence of meditation and the joy of singing.
Just like meditation, singing can ground us, calm the mind, and open the heart. When we sing together, we not only connect with our own voice but also with the people around us – we can create harmony both inside and out.
Philip Hein, our experienced vocal coach, will gently awaken our voices with a vocal warm-up and help us explore their richness and power in a playful and supportive way.
Tim will lead us through a short guided relaxation and Heartfulness meditation to arrive fully in the present moment.
We'll sing & practise 5 of the 9 songs - together we'll choose which ones we want to sing this Friday.
In the final 20 minutes, we’ll sing this selection of five beautiful songs, like a meditation. Philip will guide us through each one, so you can relax and simply enjoy the experience.
No preparation or prior experience is needed – lyrics will be provided, and everyone is welcome!

🕕 Time: Arrive from 18:20, session starts at 18:30 (please do not arrive before 18:15 as the location is still occupied by a previous program)
📍 Location: Heartfulness Meditationszentrum, Breisacher Str. 17, 81667 München
🌐 Language: English & German as required

Evening Schedule:

Vocal Activation: Guided warm-up and vocal exploration with Philip Hein Gentle relaxation followed by a short Heartfulness meditation
*Singing: Philip will lead us through 5 simple and uplifting songs
