The group performs the music of Louis Armstrong, Sydney Bechet, and Duke Ellington’s hits from the 20s and 30s. Led by trombonist and Ellington enthusiast Pete Anderson, the ensemble includes some of Richmond’s finest swingers.The ensemble includes: Bob Miller (trumpet); Jason Scott (clarinet and soprano sax); Brian Cruse (bass); Thomas Wakefield (banjo); and Forrest Young (drums).
