Following the screening, there will be a thought-provoking discussion featuring Hans Ruin, Sven-Olov Wallenstein, and Marcia Sá Cavalcante Schuback.

🔍 About Safaa Fathy:
Born in Egypt, Safaa obtained her PhD from the Sorbonne in 1993. She served as Director of Programme at the International College of Philosophy in Paris from 2010 to 2016. An acclaimed poet, filmmaker, and essayist, her notable works include Ordalie and Terreur, Revolution goes through walls, and A name to the sea. Her films and plays have earned her recognition, with recent projects such as Mohammad sauvé des eaux and Aquarius, in Sillas en la frontera.
