Finding your career direction in the AI era
People have felt lost about their careers long before AI came along. But now, with AI changing roles faster than ever, that lost feeling is hitting harder and faster than before.
This is a 2.5-hour working session for anyone who's felt that. You may have felt unsure if you should switch roles, switch industries, or just stick it out a little longer.
Maybe you've changed roles before, hoping the next one would feel different. Maybe you're good at your job, and still feel lost about where it's all going. That uneasy feeling is usually a sign that something underneath hasn't been worked through yet.
Most people know they want more meaning, or better balance, or to use their strengths. Yet, they still feel stuck.
What's usually missing is a way to actually weigh what matters and choose, instead of waiting for certainty that never comes.
We'll look at:
Why people keep landing somewhere that doesn't fit, even after changing roles or jumping to "the next thing"
The difference between being clear on one part of your career (the title, the pay, the team) and being clear on the full picture, including what you'd be trading away
Factors to consider on making a more complete and powerful decision
What you walk away with
A first draft of your own decision framework: grounded in your values, and the kind of role and environment you actually thrive in. Choose with a sense of peace instead of second-guessing yourself afterwards.

Who this is for
White collar professionals at the mid-career stage, in any function. You may feel a bit lost about where your career is headed, even if things look fine on paper. If you've changed jobs hoping the next one would feel different, and it didn't, this session is designed for exactly that moment.
Quick note: since we're at a café, take note that food and drinks will be at your own cost.
