Join us for a delightful evening at Eve’s as we celebrate 90 years of the Rock Springs Chamber and 250 years of the United States! 🇺🇸 This culinary adventure will highlight the diverse foods and cultures that have shaped Sweetwater County.

In collaboration with the Rock Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Rock Springs Historical Museum, and the Sweetwater County Historical Museum, this buffet-style event will take you on a journey through time:

• Pioneer Meals: Enjoy the hearty fare that sustained the pioneers. 🍞
• Fusion Flavors: Relish the worldwide flavors brought by immigrants who contributed to our community. 🌍
