🌟 We offer two English-language first aid courses nearly every month: CPR & Choking (0-3 yrs) along with our latest classes: Injuries & Choking (0-8 yrs) and Unsupervised Training.

Bring Your Baby! 👼 You're welcome to bring infants aged 0-12 months at no additional cost.

Course Overview:

Learn essential skills in how to handle injuries and choking with guidance from our experienced instructor. Expect hands-on practice in small groups using props like wound bandages, eye wash kits, and more. Every participant will receive a first aid book (in English); opt for a Budget ticket if you prefer to forgo the book.

Topics Covered:

Minor and severe bleeding Bites and stings (including ticks)
Foreign objects in skin, eyes, ears, and nose Toxic plants
Dental injuries (baby teeth & permanent teeth) Vomiting and diarrhea
Sprains and constipation in children A few CPR topics will also be introduced (please refer to CPR courses for more details if that’s your main focus).

Registration Details:

• Enrollment is per adult (18+).
• You can bring a baby (0-12 months) free of charge. It's not a requirement to attend with your baby; however, they are more than welcome! 🌸
• Pregnant participants are encouraged to join, as it's a great time to learn before childbirth! 🤰
• Couples tickets: purchase one full-price ticket and one partner ticket. You may attend different courses on the same day - just use the same name when signing up to arrange child-sitting.
• Please note: registration is binding.

In the event the instructor is unable to attend due to illness or if new restrictions come into effect, the course will be canceled. Participants will be informed of a new date or may request a reimbursement for the workshop fee.

Important Information:

🗓️ Next Course: Sunday, 25 January 2026 🕒 14:00 - 17:00 📍 Havnestadsklinikken, Islands Brygge.
This three-hour course, including a short break, is conducted in English. There is also another English course on the same day from 10:00 - 13:00.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or similar
• Stroller lock
• Snacks, etc. 🥪

Marianne is a certified first aid instructor with Dansk Førstehjælpsråd, a qualified physiotherapist, ergonomics teacher, and motor skills instructor. She has previously served as a sergeant in the Danish Civil Defense and is the author of several books on postnatal exercise and ergonomics.
