Join us for a transformative experience at our Floating Sound Bath workshop, designed to center your mind, body, and spirit this Fall! 🌿✨

Instructor: Elise Kirkpatrick will guide you through a soothing meditative sound bath nestled in a silk aerial hammock, offering a unique and grounding reset experience like no other. If you're not comfortable with floating, we also have Mat spots available, where you can relax on a cushioned yoga mat. Feel free to bring a pillow for extra comfort! 🧘‍♀️🛌
