This summer, take your dance experience outside into the beautiful surroundings of Vinterviken! Flow & Glow PoV holds the distinction of being Sweden's only dance concept that combines guided dance workouts with Silent Disco headphones.

🎧 What is PoV?

PoV = Power of Voice. Slip on a pair of wireless headphones and the outside world fades away — all you hear is the music and the instructor's voice guiding you from within. It's a format specifically designed to silence your inner critic and unlock your own inner power.

💃 How does it work?

Flow & Glow is a guided, track-by-track dance workout where every song brings its own vibe and a clear set of moves to follow. There are no mirrors and zero pressure — the focus is on the feeling, not the performance. Expect to sweat, laugh, and walk away feeling genuinely stronger.

💃 Hur fungerar det?

Flow & Glow PoV är ett guidat danspass, låt för låt, där varje spår har sin egen känsla och koreografi att följa. Inga speglar, inget prestationstänk — det handlar om upplevelsen, inte utförandet. Du kommer svettas, skratta och gå därifrån och känna dig starkare.
