Fractal Circles

Join us for Fractal Circles, a weekly multiplayer meditation experience on the rooftop of Fractal Tech! 🧘‍♂️✨

Informed by authentic relating, microsolidarity, and open awareness meditation, this event combines deepening consciousness with social interaction.

What to Expect:

• Emergent Structure: Sessions will be structured when necessary and free-flowing otherwise, with clear beginnings and endings, including check-ins and harvesting.
• Structured Circles: Involve solo meditation guiding towards open awareness, sentence stems, and group dynamics from dyads to small groups.
• Free Flow: Prioritizes individual agency within the group, allowing for spontaneous smaller groups or activities without expectation.

🕒 Time: We begin promptly at 3 PM and end around 5 PM, with an option to hang around until 5:30 PM.
🧺 What to Bring: A cushion or picnic blanket. Shade will be provided, and if it's too hot, the event will move to Michael's community living room.
🌧️ Weather Note: If it rains, Michael will send instructions for an alternative location.
