Join us this summer for a fantastic collaboration with Play City Rancho featuring a special series of playdates and fitness activities! 🎉

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect: A delightful mix of mat workouts, core and glute exercises, deep stretching, guided meditation, and all-around good vibes! Everyone is welcome — parents and kids, beginners to seasoned yogis. 🌟

Bring your own mat, towel, and water to fully enjoy the session! Children are welcome to stay with you during class. Don't forget to sign our liability waiver for registration! 📝
