Join us for GIRL TALK, an enchanting exhibition showcasing the works of three talented Helsinki-based artists: Eeva-Liisa Anttila, Anna Jaatinen, and Lotta Pasila!

This exhibition delves into the essence of friendship through a female lens, emphasizing collective artistic processes. By weaving their unique works together, the artists create intricate installations that explore themes of girlhood, blending documentary elements with abstract interpretations, poignant memories, and spirituality.

The artists, who met during their fine arts studies, each bring their own distinctive medium to the table—ranging from painting and sculpture to printmaking and photography. Though diverse, they share a profound understanding of artistry and the bonds of friendship.

🌼 Artist Highlights:

• Eeva-Liisa Anttila (b. 1988): Merging traditional printing techniques with lens-based imagery, she crafts installations that are both transitory and spatial, often inspired by architecture. Currently studying abroad at UdK Berlin, she is set to graduate from the MFA program at the Academy of Fine Arts Helsinki in 2027.
• Anna Jaatinen (b. 1983): Working in the realm of expanded painting, her installations examine perception, recognition, and the intertwined experiences of friendship and landscape through tactile interaction. She graduated with a Master of Fine Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts, Uniarts Helsinki in 2024.
• Lotta Pasila (b. 1988): Known for her vibrant oil paintings reflecting on existence, love, and spirituality, her recent pieces feature beautiful motifs such as flowers, crescent moons, and windows. Lotta graduated with a Master of Fine Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts Helsinki in 2025.
