Meet Your Guide:
Jamie Lynn is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner trained through the Sound Healing Academy. With over a decade of experience in the wellness field, Jamie's sessions combine ancient wisdom and modern sound therapy practices to ensure a grounding and meaningful experience for all participants. 🌿

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• Water for hydration
• A pillow or eye mask for added comfort (optional)
