What began as a small initiative has grown into a powerful workforce development program, equipping women with professional attire, career training, and mentorship to step confidently into new opportunities.Now celebrating 10 years, this milestone fundraiser is more than an event! It’s a tribute to every woman who has overcome barriers and taken steps toward economic stability. “Hats Off to Her” is our way of celebrating those journeys, uplifting their stories, and rallying the community to invest in the next generation of women ready to succeed.
