
Come join us for a feel-good morning built around movement, breathing, and community.
We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly HIIT class designed to gently energize your body, boost your mood, and help you reconnect with your strength in a fun and supportive way. Whether you’re completely new to fitness or already love to move, this session is created for all fitness levels and all body shapes.
After the workout, we’ll take a few minutes for a guided meditation and breathing session by SYLO, allowing your nervous system to settle and your mind to clear, before heading into the rest of your day.
To close the morning, stay a little longer for coffee, nourishing snacks, and heartfelt conversations. Meet like-minded people, connect, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more inspired than when you arrived.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
