This summer, Jane Street Hong Kong is thrilled to host our WiSE program for aspiring pre-collegiate students! If you identify as a woman, transgender, or gender-expansive and will graduate high school between Nov 2025 and Jul 2026, we invite you to join us for two enriching days in our office.

What to Expect:

• An in-depth exploration of how we utilize math, computer science, and probability concepts in trading.
• Insightful interactions with our traders and technologists, detailing their journeys from STEM studies to careers at Jane Street.
• A social event to foster connections with Jane Street and fellow participants.

If you possess a curious mind, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for tackling complex mathematical challenges, this program is tailored for you! 🌈

Selected participants will receive travel accommodations to and from Hong Kong, housing, and financial support for meals and other expenses.
