Human + Tech Week returns to San Francisco this May, exploring what becomes possible when technology is thoughtfully designed to serve human flourishing. On Thursday, May 14th from 5:30–8:30 PM, Alchemy Springs is honored to host one of this year's signature gatherings — a meaningful contribution from the heart of San Francisco during a moment of profound cultural and technological transformation.

Alchemy's stunning outdoor sauna garden — designed by award-winning architect Olle Lundberg — features:

• 🔥 A 40-person communal sauna with immersive sound and lighting

Alchemy Springs is preparing for its full opening in Summer 2026, unveiling a complete bathhouse experience rooted in contrast, connection, and ritual. Here, wellness is social — not solitary. Ritual replaces routine, and genuine human connection becomes the antidote to the isolation of modern life. This gathering offers a living preview of how health, culture, and innovation can converge into spaces where people come not just to recover, but to truly belong.

A visionary conversation on the future of Fourth Spaces, social wellness, and how Alchemy is reimagining human connection within San Francisco's evolving landscape.

🌊 6:30–7:30 PM — Guided Contrast Therapy with Eric Guarino

Experience the transformative power of heat and cold through a guided contrast journey designed to boost neuroplasticity, strengthen the nervous system, and cultivate self-awareness and self-leadership.

🧖 7:30 PM — Sauna Aufguss Ceremony with Sarah Koh

A sensory sauna ritual weaving together steam, aroma, and intentional heat — crafted to deepen embodiment, inspire connection, and restore energetic coherence.

🌱 8:00–8:30 PM — Renewable You with Kali Fields Williams

Close the evening with a guided reflection led by the author of Renewable You, exploring what it truly means to lead and live from a place of renewal rather than depletion.
