
In-person Pregnancy, Birth and Breastfeeding Classes
Join us for informative and supportive classes designed for expecting parents! These sessions aim to prepare you for labor, birth, and the early days with your new baby.
✨ Who Should Attend:
Pregnant individuals and their partners/support people, starting from 28 weeks of pregnancy and onward.
✨ Cost:
These classes are FREE to attend! While registration is recommended, it is not required. Walk-ins are always welcome, so feel free to bring your own snacks and water!
📅 Frequency: Every Tuesday from 6:30–8:30 PM (Starting February 3)

Monthly Class Rotation:
- Pregnancy & Labor Preparation:
Learn what to expect during the final weeks of pregnancy and how to recognize labor. - What Happens During Childbirth?
Understand the labor process, coping techniques, and partner support. - Medical Interventions, Induced Labor, Cesarean Birth, Hospital Tour:
Dive into common interventions, inductions, and a guided tour of the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units. - Postpartum Transition, Newborn Care & Breastfeeding:
Focus on postpartum recovery, newborn care, mood changes, and breastfeeding education.
Flexible Class Format:
Attend any class at your convenience; classes are available in a drop-in style format. Bring along your support person and the education book titled Your Guide to Pregnancy, Birth, and Parenting, which you received from your OB provider.
- Monthly Class Rotation: Classes run on the first four Tuesdays of each month. If a month has more than four Tuesdays, no class will be held on the additional Tuesdays.
- Rotation Begins Again: The cycle restarts on the first Tuesday of each month.
