Participants may feel energy flowing through their physical body, emotions, mind, spirit, and consciousness—leading to deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, and connection.

What to Expect in a Session:
- After introductions, participants simply lie down on a yoga mat with eyes closed.
- Music is played, inviting everyone to trust and observe their inner selves.
- Following the music, participants may share their experiences, concluding with a sharing circle.
