The evening runs as a speed-mentoring event, where female students rotate through focused 20-minute one-on-one sessions with experienced female mentors and CDTM alumnae. Each round brings a fresh perspective and new insights.

Throughout the evening you can look forward to:

• 👩‍💼 Personal mentoring sessions with inspiring female mentors and CDTM alumnae
• 🌍 First-hand perspectives on a wide range of industries and career journeys
• 🥂 A relaxed networking atmosphere with snacks and drinks
• 🎓 A short CDTM introduction and information on how to get involved

⚠️ This is an in-person event with limited spots — a binding sign-up is required!

Applications for the Fall 2026 class open May 1st and close May 30th, 2026 (23:59 CET). Interviews will take place July 13–17, 2026 at the CDTM offices in Munich.
