The run 🏃‍♀️
We'll kick off with a 5km social run through Shoreditch at a relaxed 6 min/km pace. Not a runner? Zeroooo pressure. Stay back at the Unbound clubhouse, grab a drink from our sponsors, and we'll meet you there.

The talk 🗣️
Once we're back and the endorphins are flowing, we get into the real stuff:
ivee: Amelia Miller (Cambridge Fellow, Forbed 30U30) will talk about all things AI upskilling: what tools are teams actually using right now? What should remain human?
Hardest Adventures will talk about how to keep your team sane as the AI tidal wave hits. They were founded by Russ Cook - aka the Hardest Geezer, the man who ran the entire length of Africa - and they bring that same relentless spirit to corporate wellbeing.
Together, they'll give you a clear picture of where AI is heading, what it means for your workforce, and what you can actually do about it.
