💰 Admission Fees:

• Japanese Speakers: $2
• Non-Japanese Speakers (Studying Japanese): $5

The collected fees go towards maintaining this platform and facilitating future language exchange activities and social events. Thank you for your understanding!

🕒 RSVP Schedule:

• Open: Saturday, 5:00 PM
• Cancel Deadline: Saturday, 2:00 PM (same day)
• Close: Saturday, 3:00 PM (same day)

📅 Event Timeline:

• 5:15 PM - 5:30 PM: Check-in & Group Placement
• 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM: Japanese Conversation
• 6:15 PM - 7:00 PM: English Conversation

⚠️ Important RSVP Policy:

• If you cannot attend or are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, it will be considered a no-show. After three no-shows, your membership will be cancelled.
• If you anticipate being late, please inform the organizer, as groups may be reorganized based on who is present.
• Please avoid arriving more than 30 minutes late, as late arrivals may not be able to participate.

👥 Waiting List:

• If the event is full, you can register for the waiting list. Should a spot open up, early registrants on the waiting list will be prioritized.
• Note that there may not be a notification from Meetup when moving from the waiting list to the confirmed attendees.
