Cherise, rooted in the sunny shores of Southern California, has been practicing yoga from a young age as a way to connect deeply with herself and the world around her. As a certified Jivamukti 800-Hour teacher, trained beneath HaChi Yu and Petros Haffenricher, she brings harmony and joy through her practice. Additionally, Cherise is a dedicated marathon runner and professional hair colorist, with a passion for inspiring others to embrace their authenticity.
