Together, we're inviting our community to connect through action.Our goal is simple: create a fun, welcoming way for people to give back while building community pride and lasting connections. We hope Ktown Cleanups becomes a tradition that brings neighbors, families, businesses, students, churches, and community organizations together to make a positive impact throughout the Kenosha area.Join Us for the First Ktown Cleanup!Saturday, August 1, 2026Meet: Simmons Island Beach House9:30 a.m. – Volunteer Check-In10:00 a.m. – Cleanup BeginsCleanup Duration: Approximately 1 HourOne hour of your time can make a lasting difference.Participation is FREE, and everyone is welcome!Whether you're coming by yourself, bringing your family, organizing coworkers, or gathering a group of friends, we'd love to have you join us.Whether you can stay for the entire cleanup or just lend a hand for a little while, every volunteer makes a difference.We'll Provide:• Cleanup supplies• Gloves• Trash bags• Litter grabbers (as available)• Coffee• Bottled water• Light snacks• Community giveawaysKtown Cleanups Is for Everyone!We especially encourage:• Families• Local businesses and employee volunteer teams• Students seeking community service hours• Churches and faith communities• Scout troops and youth organizations• Civic organizations• Sports teams• Neighborhood associations• Anyone who loves Kenosha and wants to make a differenceNo experience is necessary—just bring comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, a positive attitude, and a desire to help your community.Have a Ktown Connects or Sallese & Co. shirt? We'd love to see you wearing it! Businesses, organizations, and community groups are encouraged to wear matching shirts and join us as a team. Don't have one? No problem! Just come as you are!While registration is not required, we'd appreciate it if you signed up in advance.
