Every first Sunday of the month, we gather for the Sunday Sound Service—an intimate, richly textured listening experience. Here, we commune, observe, and attentively absorb the sounds created by our talented sound monks. This is an opportunity to seek enlightenment through sound!

The tradition of offering alms dates back to the 17th century Edo period in Japan, when wandering Komusō priests played the shakuachi flute, creating enchanting sounds aimed at calming the mind and spirit. Attending our services allows you to connect with this historical practice; a small token donation helps support our logistics, production, and the artists.
