Join us for a laid-back shakeout run with Friendly Fish the evening before the Berlin Frauenlauf! đ
This easygoing social run is designed for all paces and will allow participants to enjoy the camaraderie while calming those pre-race nerves.
đ Meet-Up Location: Start & finish at Friendly Fish
đââïž Distance: A breezy 4â5 km, open to everyone
Each participant will receive one complimentary sushi roll, generously provided by Friendly Fish đŁ. After the run, those who wish can stroll over to Monbijou Park to relax, stretch, and share some good vibes.
You don't need to be running in the Frauenlauf; everyone is welcome! This event is all about community and movement.
