Laps for Lila - Colour Run
Join us for the heartfelt Laps for Lila Colour Run! 🏃♀️💖 We are raising funds for Bear Cottage in memory of Lila Diakos, who bravely faced her battle with cancer last year. The Diakos family has long been part of the Bangor Football Club, and we invite everyone to join this meaningful cause.
🌟 About Bear Cottage: It is the only dedicated children’s hospice in NSW and is part of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network. Bear Cottage ensures that every child, along with their family, can enjoy cherished moments together while receiving much-needed support.
Pack a picnic blanket or chairs for a festive afternoon filled with fun! 🍔 The BBQ will be sizzling, and the canteen will be available. Every dollar raised during this event will directly support Bear Cottage.
Entry Details:
- Cost: $5 per participant (cash or card on the day) 💵
- Entry: Please use the car park only.
🌈 Participants will complete at least two laps around Billa Road Oval, and will be joyfully sprayed with colour powder throughout! Feel free to wear pink and purple, but please note this important information:
- ❌ Participants are not allowed to wear their Bangor FC uniforms.
- 👕 We recommend wearing old clothing and shoes, as they will be covered in colour powder!
- 🚿 It's wise to bring a change of clothes or a towel for afterwards to keep your car from turning into a rainbow! 🌈
