Letní Pétnaty

À propos de l'événement

The warm summer days are fast approaching, and everyone is probably looking for some form of refreshment—so we’re bringing you one. In our opinion, pétnats are the best choice.

And what exactly is a pétnat? It’s short for pétillant naturel—a naturally sparkling wine made using the oldest known method: the wine is bottled during the first fermentation, which then finishes naturally, creating delicate bubbles. No added chemicals, no second fermentation—just grapes, yeast, and time. The result is wines that are lively, fresh, often slightly cloudy, and always unpredictable and refreshing.
We’ve prepared a selection of wines for you across styles and origins—from light and fruity to more complex wines with strong character. Represented are primarily the top Czech and Moravian producers on the natural wine scene, who have been dedicated to pétnat for many years.
Of course, the wine will be accompanied by snacks—cheeses, cold cuts, olives, and other goodies from our suppliers, just as you’ve come to expect from us.

Wines to be tasted:
Porta Bohemica – Ryó Dürnberg – Grüner Veltliner
Bidule – Pét-Nat Myšince and Vrance – Burgunion
Oulehla – Pét-Nat Myšince and Vrance – Moonpetal
Tomáš Režný – Pink Lady Koráb – Orange on Leaves
