Join us for an enlightening workshop centered around Contact Improvisation, where our focus will be on experiencing the joy of lightness while flying! ✈️
In this engaging session, we will explore:
- The art of softness and ease in movement 🕊️
- The dynamics of falling up and down, rising, and flying 🌅
- Embracing curiosity over ambition and discovering new ways to connect
Through technical exercises, we will learn to:
- Engage with relaxation, gravity, inertia, and balance 🔄
- Share weight and support one another in our movements 🤝
- Dance improvisationally as we apply what we've practiced 🎶
Who Can Join?
This workshop welcomes participants of all levels - whether you are a seasoned CI practitioner, a dancer, or simply curious about movement. 🌈
