Each session is a ceremonial soundscape, where Himalayan bronze singing bowls or Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls blend with Paiste Planetary Gongs and other instruments, delivering layered frequencies that resonate through your body and energy field.

Reiki is seamlessly integrated throughout the sound, guiding you into deep relaxation and energetic alignment. This experience invites you to soften your nervous system, quiet your mind, and embrace balance and restoration. 💖

What to Bring:

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, and a pillow to create your own cozy space. A few props will be available at the studio, but feel free to bring what makes you comfortable! 🧘‍♀️
