London NbS Investment Breakfast

Earthshot Labs would be delighted if you could join us for a small, informal breakfast roundtable on May 7, from 8:30–10:00 AM. The session will be kindly co-hosted by Bregal Sphere at their offices (20 Air Street, 5th Floor, London W1B 5AN).
This roundtable is part of a quarterly series of multi-stakeholder gatherings that bring together a select group of participants from across the carbon markets ecosystem. The aim is to create a candid, off-the-record setting to exchange perspectives on current developments, share practical experience, and surface key bottlenecks shaping the market.
The focus of this session will be transaction structures (e.g., streaming, offtake, debt, SPVs, etc.). Several participants have already offered to share their experiences, and we warmly invite you to contribute your own perspectives. We will also reserve some time at the end to identify “hot topics” for discussion at future gatherings. The session will follow Chatham House Rules to encourage open and constructive dialogue across different viewpoints.
