Two Steinway Ds...!An informal performance opportunity for adult amateur pianists at Henry Wood Hall (http://www.hwh.co.uk/index.htm), rehearsal home of many London orchestras, and also home to two immculately maintained concert grand pianos. We at the London Piano Meetup Group are very lucky to be able to use this space for an informal performance event as Henry Wood Hall is not generally available for hire to the public. The pianos are frequently used for recording sessions, are immaculately maintained, and will be a treat to play.Since there are two pianos, there is the opportunity to have a go at some two-piano repertoire as well! There are also plenty of spaces for friends/relatives to come and watch too due to the size of HW Hall - or also pianists who just don't want to get up and perform. After playing for each other we will hopefully head to a local pub/bar to socialise and talk pianos over a beverage or two.
