The Experience

Hosted at Olimpia, this unique session blends movement and restoration. You’ll enjoy a guided Reformer Pilates class followed by relaxing time in the recovery area featuring a sauna and cold plunge. This format allows the body to reset while nurturing your nervous system in a shared intimacy. 🌿🤗

The Flow

Participants will be organized into two groups:

• One group starts with the Reformer Pilates class, while the other relaxes in the sauna and cold plunge before switching, ensuring everyone gets to experience both.
• Enjoy time to connect in a relaxed atmosphere afterwards. 💬
