Meet & Flow is a relaxed, welcoming space to practice, learn from each other, and connect through movement.

Poi, staffs, sticks, juggling balls, fans, hoops, fire props, LED props — anything you love to spin!

Everyone is welcome — from complete beginners to advanced spinners. Feel free to share props, try new things, and exchange knowledge. 💛
