What is a Message House?

A Message House is a visual framework designed to organize and clarify your core messages. It prevents conflicting messages by acting as a single source of truth, featuring a central "roof" statement, supporting pillars, and evidence. This strategic tool allows early-stage companies to effectively position their products and guides communication with stakeholders with clarity, consistency, and credibility.

• Participants: CEOs/Co-founders from startups, with up to 10 participants per session.
