Monday Night Race Series - BEPC 2026 Season

Join us every Monday evening from May to September for the exciting Ballard Elks Paddling Races! 🌊 Whether you're a seasoned racer or a casual paddler, this event welcomes all kinds of paddling crafts, including SUPs (stand-up paddleboards), surf skis, kayaks, outriggers, and rowers!

We typically offer a choice of four courses, with distances ranging from approximately 2.5 to 3.5 miles. The specific course will vary weekly depending on the weather conditions. 📏🌤️

For those who just want to enjoy a fun group paddle without the competitive aspect, our social paddle is perfect! After the races, don't forget to unwind at the Secret Beach Bar at the Elks Lodge for post-race hydration, delicious food, and spectacular views of the Sound and sunset! 🌅🍹

All proceeds go to benefit Ballard Elks charities. 💖

Registration Details:

• Register for races and season passes through our ticket link.
• On-site registration and payments are accepted until the start of the skippers meeting, but early registration helps our volunteers! 😊
• Ensure to check in and sign a liability form during registration.

Race Entry Donations:

• BEPC Members: $10 per race
• Non-BEPC Members: $10 per race
• Full Season Pass: $100 (save 50% compared to individual race fees for BEPC Members!)

Payment Options:

• Electronic: Zelle to books@ballardelks.org (please clarify your name on the payment)
• Cash: ATMs are available inside the Elks
• Check: Made out to Ballard Elks 827

Note: Race entry donations will support Elks charities, determined by BEPC membership votes. Join us to help direct our fundraising efforts! 🙌

Parking & Questions:

• Please park in the southern rows of the Elks parking lot; overflow parking is in the east section.
• Important: Do not unload in the fire parking zone near the beach entrance.
