As part of our Cultures of Wellness Series, generously funded by the Wellspring Teen Philanthropy Council, this workshop invites youth (ages 12+) and adults to slow down, reconnect, and experience the healing power of movement together.
🌱 Through gentle, expressive movement practices, participants will explore ways to reduce stress, build resilience, and foster individual and collective well-being.

📍 Location: On the BAC patio, surrounded by our community mural, free pantry, and Back to School Market.
