Myth Constellation

Join us for an enchanting Myth Constellation, a small group ritual where dreams, myths, bodies, and symbols come alive! 🌟

In this immersive experience, we dive into an image — a dream, question, inner scene, tarot spread, threshold, longing, or symbolic landscape — and explore it through our bodies. Rather than just discussing the image, we allow the group to become the image.

✨ Participants may take on various roles:

• One might embody a dragon 🐉
• Another could become a gate 🚪
• Others might manifest as fears, rivers, ancestors, hidden gifts, children, mountains, or even future selves! ⛰️

Through movement, stillness, sensation, speech, and witnessing, we listen to what the collective field wants to reveal. The evening will kick off with warm-up exercises, grounding, guided visualization, and meditation. 🧘‍♀️✨

We will then create space for one person's constellation, focusing deeply on their chosen image, allowing it to unfold, speak, move, transform, and find its own completion. If time permits, we may explore a second constellation, but our primary intention is to offer spacious attention to one individual’s journey.

Feel free to bring a dream, image, question, or theme from your life, or simply come empty-handed. Sometimes, the image emerges only when we begin listening. Remember, a longing or a peculiar image is enough—it’s perfectly okay if you do not understand everything before attending. Welcome to the field! 🌌
