🏒 NHL GLOBAL SERIES RETURNS TO SWEDEN 🚨

NHL Global Series Sweden presented by Fastenal alweer brings two regular-season showdowns to Avicii Arena in Stockholm, Sweden: Nashville Predators vs Pittsburgh Penguins on November 14 at 20:00 local time and November 16 at 15:00 local time. This marks the 15th season with regular-season games outside North America and the NHL’s return to Sweden as part of its international push following the 4 Nations Face-Off success. 🌍🇸🇪

Penguins, led by longtime captain Sidney Crosby, return abroad for the first time since 2008 and will feature a star-studded lineup including three Swedish players – Emil Bemström, Erik Karlsson and Rickard Rakell – along with Stanley Cup champions Kris Letang, Evgeni Malkin and Bryan Rust. 🏆

Predators bring talented youngsters and Sweden’s own Filip Forsberg, plus compatriots Andreas Englund and Adam Wilsby, captain Roman Josi, Juuse Saros, and Steven Stamkos among others. 🇸🇪✨

Sweden remains one of the NHL’s most important global markets, with a high representation of players born outside North America and a storied history of international games. Stockholm has hosted more NHL regular-season games outside North America than any other city, and with these two matches, the total will rise to 18.
