Pijja Palace is curating a lineup of their spiciest wings, each paired with a lassi built to cool it right back down. Expect passed bites all night, too — sliders, piri piri fries, and of course their iconic malai rigatoni.

No decks. No demos. This one's purely for the fun of it: baseball season is on, the Dodgers game will be on the screens, and the room's full of industry folks who'd rather talk over a malai rignatoni than a slideshow.
