Join us for the NVC Buffet, a unique opportunity to experience Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in a vibrant community setting! 🌍✨ We're inspired by Marshall Rosenberg’s vision of liberation through connection, and this new buffet-style event offers a variety of engaging activities tailored for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners.

What to Expect:

• 🎲 Group Games: Engage in fun activities to identify feelings and needs.
• 🤝 Individualized Empathy Support: Get direct guidance in navigating your connections.

You’re welcome no matter your experience level; all you need is a willingness to connect and be honest with yourself and others. Let’s engage with our longings and voice our needs effectively, finding ways to meet everyone's desires in the room. This is NVC in ACTION! 💪❤️

Event Details:

• Dinner and Socializing: Starts at 6 PM
• Programming: Kicks off just after 6:30 PM and runs until 8:30 PM.
• Monthly Q&A with Pam Winthrop-Lauer: Every other month, we’ll have a local NVC teacher available to answer your questions and help you implement NVC strategies in your life. 🌟

Contribution:
