OPEN STAGE at Contact Impro Festival

Welcome to our OPEN STAGE on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, from 18:00 to 19:30 at DansiT! 🎭 This free event is a highlight of the Contact Impro Festival in Trondheim, organized by ImproDans Trondheim and PRAXIS Trondheim.

The open stage serves as a vibrant platform for performances centered around contact improvisation (CI) or closely related principles, aiming to illuminate CI as a unique art form. Dancers and festival participants will have the opportunity to showcase their artistic expressions before an audience. Whether sharing a work inspired by contact improvisation or engaging in spontaneous improvisation, you can perform solo or co-create with the audience! 💃✨
