I invite you to join runners for a Saturday morning run at parkrun Pole Mokotowskie! It's a great opportunity to start your weekend actively and in a friendly atmosphere.

What is parkrun?

A free, timed 5km run, jog, or walk. A relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere.

• Open to everyone, regardless of fitness level.

Meeting Information:

• When: Every Saturday at 9:00 AM.
  I will not be joining every week. Regardless, you are always welcomed there and there will be volunteers to help you.
  The surface is tarmac/asphalt. Cost: Participation is free!
• Registration: One-time registration is required before your first run at: https://www.parkrun.com/countries/
• Important: Bring your Individual Participant Code (NO CODE = NO RESULT!).
