Kicking off Per my last…, a new event series for the NYC CS community
This first session is focused on hiring, growth, and where things stand right now
We’ll have a short panel with hiring managers covering what teams are actually looking for, how candidates are standing out, and where people tend to get stuck
After that, we’ll shift into more intentional networking
A mix of people hiring, exploring, and open to mentorship, with just enough structure to make conversations easier and more useful
The goal is simple:
leave with clearer context, a few strong connections, and something to follow up on
